This class covers many of the foundations of fitness and so complements any other sport or activity. We begin with mobility work, moving onto Strength and Conditioning before ending the session with a good stretch.

Similar to ParkFIT with an ever-changing motivational programme, but via Zoom, just requiring the space of your mat! HIIT training, leg day, total body, pure abs, toning and a whole host of other activities. You just need a resistance band and a mat. It's a bonus if you have weights to swap in with bands.
