Classes last for one hour. You can expect varied workouts from Tone Zone, HIIT, Resistance Band blast, Boxing, Tabata, Kettle Bells, Circuits, Woodland Workout to ParkFit’s FitBall. It is always mixed up avoiding repetition and boredom!

You will find us at Hervines through rain and snow! Nothing stops us. The worse the weather the bigger the achievement!

We have a 100 club and 250 club where members get a t-shirt or hoodie when they reach these milestones of class attendance.

Ali is a mum to two daughters and has had careers in both the private (advertising) and public sectors (Probation Service) and is now a self-employed Personal Trainer.

Likes to get involved with lots of different sporting activities, loves to lift weights but mainly known for her running.

Member of Chiltern Harriers AC and is currently in the Great Britain 24hr Ultra-Marathon Team. Loves all distances and since turning 40 her running PB’s are;

800m track 2.26.23; 1500m track 4.59.97; 5km 18.48; 10km 38.56; Half-Marathon 85.39; Marathon 3.01.46; 100 Miles 16.29; 24hours 135.24miles.

Ali was 1st GB lady in the 2016 24hr European Championships, 18th overall in Europe

“Just because I run, doesn’t mean I expect clients to. To be healthy you must exercise but it doesn’t matter what you do – dancing, gym classes, vigorous walking, cycling, swimming.
Do what you love as life is too short to feel rubbish about something.”
